The Valencia CF returned to training on Monday at the Ciudad Deportiva, with their focus turning to the LaLiga Matchday 3 game against RCD Mallorca. The players and coaching staff have the early luxury of a full week to prepare for their upcoming fixture, and are preparing to challenge for their first victory of the 2019/20 campaign this coming Saturday.
Coach Marcelino divided the squad into two groups: The starters and players who had the most minutes against Celta Vigo, and those who made brief appearances or who did not feature.
The match against RCD Mallorca is another chance for Valencia CF to pick up their first victory of the season, having drawn against Real Sociedad and lost against Celta in their opening two games. They team will be playing at Mestalla for the second time this term, where 41,846 fans turned out on Matchday 1.
